Prik is product of Thailand, made from Jinda red chilli aka bird's eye chilli but slightly bigger. the charcoal toasting process made this product so rich in flavour. We have selected only healthy chilli for our blend, picked off those stems so no tough bits gets into your cooking. This also help maximise the smoothness of our blend and bring up only hotness and no bitterness to our PRIK.
